Order tracking FAQs
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Shipping is free across India on orders of ₹999 and above.
Where do I find my order ID or AWB number?
Your order ID is in your order confirmation email or SMS. Once your parcel ships, we send your AWB (tracking) number by email or SMS too.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after your parcel is picked up. If there's still no movement after that, contact us with your order ID and we'll check with the courier.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. Just keep the order amount ready when your parcel arrives.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID. We can update the address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
